ICT is an acronym for common telecommunications infrastructures.

What is an “ICT Installation” ?.

Are the necessary facilities to capture, adapt and distribute to the homes and premises,
TV signals and Terrestrial and Satellite Radio and Basic Telephone Service and Broadband Telecommunications.
Royal Decree Law 1/1998 states that no authorization to construct new building or the rehabilitation of existing will, if the building project is not accompanied with Technical Project ICT. The project must be signed by a Telecommunications Engineer or Telecommunication Engineer.

Residential buildings and offices constructed before Royal Decree Law 1/1998 must have these infrastructures, provided that the number of individual antennas or collective TV installed exceeds one third of the houses or premises of the building or when decided by the community owners in accordance with the provisions of the Condominium Act.
